We’re for love, but not just the kind the movies are made of. We’re for the love that made you. Your grandfather’s wisdom, your mother’s hugs, your sister’s heart on her sleeve, your best man’s dance moves. The love that surrounds you every day. That’s the love we capture—for you to relive, again and again.
Before there were weddings in my life, there were travels. I stowed away to the furthest reaches of our planet, volunteering in Ghana and India, alongside my loves—my husband and friends. In a time before TikToks and Instagram Reels, I was enamoured with capturing our immersion into these foreign cultures, telling strangers’ stories as authentically and humanly as possible. Real, raw, emotive.
You could say I carry this sentiment into my work as a wedding filmmaker today. I believe every wedding is about more than the love that bonds you—it’s about the love that makes you, whether given or chosen. And it’s about capturing your day together intimately and honestly. Because when the memories fade, film doesn’t. And it should bring you back, again and again.
I can’t wait to do that for your love.
This is where I tell you about the courses, workshops, and hours upon hours I’ve invested in honing my eye and hand at filmmaking. Where I wax poetic about my editing style—intimate, authentic, nostalgic and timeless—but the truth is, there’s only one thing you need to know about me:
I’m here for you. An empath long before I was a filmmaker, I’m not just here to capture a day. I’m here to capture your day. And I can’t do that without you. In the months leading up to your wedding, I’ll come to know you—and what to look for between the posed moments—to make your film yours.
I’ll anticipate moments before they happen—the reunion between long-distance friends, the embrace between father and son, the handhold between sisters. I’ll laugh with you, I’ll cry with you. I’ll touch up the bride’s makeup and adjust the groom’s bow tie. I’ll be more than your filmmaker.
I’ll be the witness to you and your love—and document both with heart.
A groom spoiling his bride-to-be with her dream dress, sight unseen. The first look was all tears.
An emotional first look shared between a bride and her father, after her father’s stroke.
A best man and jazz musician performing “La Vie en Rose” on trumpet at the reception.
A bride honouring her mother by forgoing a bouquet toss and dedicating her flowers to her mama.
A bride’s aunt attending her wedding, just two months before she passed. Her spirit, forever on film.
A long-distance couple coming together from Asia to California—with nine countries in attendance.
A couple marrying in Jamaica, bringing their families together again for the first time post-pandemic.
Like our beloved films, our team is known for its intimacy and artistry. Our namesake is your filmmaker, backed by a trusted team of second shooters. Whether we’re filming locally in New York or abroad, you’re in good hands.
